Yesterday I did my form run and form sprints. Per my snazzy GPS watch, when I run sprints I run a 7 minute mile. I have no idea how those marathon winners can possibly keep up a faster pace than that for so long. I'm completely stumped. Additionally, on my run which has a target heart rate goal of 60-75% I kept going over the 75% - angry beeps ensue, so I had to slow it down a bit... continuing my 11ish minute mile pace, ugh.
